Kebutuhan bisnis diterjemahkan Manager/Direktur menjadi Product Backlog berprioritas, lalu dikonfirmasi lewat Business Acceptance.
Fase 2 · Refinement
Backlog di-breakdown Supervisor menjadi Work per area, dilengkapi requirement behavior, dependency, dan readiness yang jelas.
Fase 3 · Sprint Planning
Work yang Ready dikomit berdasarkan capacity 85% — difficulty & story point oleh Manager, satu staff satu platform per sprint.
Fase 4 · Sprint Execution
Delapan status dari To Do sampai Released, timesheet actual hours, dan execution history untuk setiap perpindahan.
Fase 5 · Review & Evaluation
Hasil sprint dievaluasi: carry over atau return to backlog untuk work belum rilis, plus catatan issues & improvement.
Fase 6 · Performance
Trend lintas sprint dengan empat grafik kinerja dan improvement tracking — measure outcome, explain causes.
